Heard Mr. Humranwala, learned Advocate for Applicants / Petitioners and Mr. Narkar, learned Advocate for Respondent. 2.

Mr. Narkar is seized with the order dated 16.01.2026. 3.

It is a very serious matter. Today, Mr. Narkar makes a request that the Caveator is not in town and he is in personal difficulty. He therefore persuades the Court to give an adjournment. The

39.IA.260.2026+.doc documents on which the Caveator seeks to refer to and rely upon needs to be perused not only by Advocate for Applicant but also this Court considering the severity of the matter. It is impressed upon Mr. Narkar that the Caveator will not truant with the Court. The documents will have to be produced and inspection of the originals will have to be given as directed in the order dated 16.01.2026 without recourse to this Court.

The directions contained in the previous order shall be complied with the Caveator. No further time will be granted to the Caveator and if the order does not stand complied, this Court will take a very strict view of the matter.

Stand over to 13th February, 2026. To be placed under the caption 'First on Board'.
