We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. Though we are not fully satisfied with the explanation given, in order to ensure that the Applicant is not denied an opportunity to address the Courts on merits, we hereby condone the delay in filing the above Interim Application and set aside the order dated 11th January, 2019 in so far it dismisses the above Appeal for non removal of office objections.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 4.
