The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 184 days in filing the above Appeal. 2.

Having heard Mr. Mishra, the learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant and Mr. Murthy, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, we are satisfied with the explanation given for condoning the FEBRUARY 05, 2025 S.R.JOSHI

Now that the delay is condoned, the Advocate for the Applicant shall remove all other office objections within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However there shall be no order as to costs.
