Ms. Raj, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that since service of the Interim Application could not be effected on the last known address of the Respondents through the ordinary mode, the Application for substituted service by way of publication has been sought.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered her submissions, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus :

(a) That the application may kindly be allowed, and the directions may be passed by the Hon'ble Court for issuance of the Notice/Summons to Respondents by way of newspaper publication in the locality where the Respondents are last known to have resided or personally worked for gains. 3.

Let the service be effected within a period of four weeks and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed by the next date. 4.

Interim Application is accordingly allowed and disposed as above.
