This is an application for expedited hearing of the writ petition. We have perused the averments of the Interim Application. For the reasons which are specifically set out in the memo of this application, and having given our anxious consideration to the averments as made in Interim Application, we are of the opinion that the Writ Petition is required to be heard expeditiously. 2.

Accordingly, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

List the Writ Petition on 12th June 2026. High on board. The parties are put to notice that the Court shall proceed to hear the parties and pass appropriate orders.
