The above Interim Application is filed by the Appellant ( the Revenue) seeking a condonation of delay of 153 days in preferring the above Appeal. The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Appellant has also tendered an affidavit of service dated 5th March 2025 evidencing that service has been effected on the Respondent by e-mail MARCH 05, 2025 Utkarsh

5.ia.526.2025.doc dated 18th February 2025. The said affidavit is taken on record. Though the Respondent has been served, none appeared on their behalf today. 2.

Having gone through the Interim Application, we are satisfied with the reasons given for condoning the delay. In these circumstances, the delay of 153 days in preferring the above Appeal is hereby condoned.

Now that the delay is condoned, the advocates for the Appellant shall remove all other office objections within a period of 4 weeks from today, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
