Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that after the conclusion of the arguments in the Interim Application and the application, reserved for order, the plaintiff has received a copy of the judgment in an appeal preferred by the defendant in the Court in Russia. He, therefore, submits that he needs to file an application to bring on record copy of the said judgment. Page no. 1 of 2

Learned counsel for the defendant submits that if the plaintiff seeks to rely upon a document, which was not part of the proceedings, further hearing in the application would be necessary. 4.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that necessary application would be filed latest by 23rd March 2026. 5.

Learned counsel for the defendant submits that he be permitted to file reply to the said application. 6.

If an application is filed by 23rd March 2026, the same be served upon the learned Advocate for the defendants, in advance. 7.

The defendant is at liberty to file a reply within a week thereafter with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the plaintiff.

The order in the application, therefore, is de reserved. List the Interim Application for further hearing on 6th April 2026. To be listed as part-heard in the caption of "Interim Application for hearing". 9.

The interim protection recorded in the earlier orders shall continue till the next date.
