Learned counsel for the defendant opposes any such extension on the ground that the defendant is already facing financial difficulties in view of the statement made on behalf of the defendant. In the facts and circumstances of the case to enable the plaintiff to challenge the order pronounced today, the protection in terms of the statement on behalf of defendant recorded in order dated 3rd January 2026 and clarified in order dated 20th January 2026 shall continue for a period of two weeks. COMMERCIAL SUIT NO. 6 OF 2026 .
