After the judgment is pronounced, learned counsel for the applicant seeks extension of the interim protection operating in view of the statement that was made on behalf of the defendant, for a period of two weeks.

In the facts and circumstances of the case to enable the plaintiff to challenge the order pronounced today, the protection in terms of the statement on behalf of defendant recorded in order dated 13th January 2026 and clarified in order dated 20th January 2026 shall continue for a period of two weeks. COMMERCIAL SUIT NO. 6 OF 2026 .
