The present Interim Application seeks a post grant amendment. 2.

This Court had vide an order dated 20 th December, 2019 granted the applicant succession certificate in respect of debts and securities belonging to Labhuben Shankerlal Vyas. Learned Counsel points out that inadvertently 6000 shares of Balkrishna Industries were shown as belonging to the deceased whereas after issuance of grant, it came to knowledge that the said shares stood in the name of the husband of the deceased. Interim Application has been filed seeking deletion of 6000 shares from the schedule of assets.

On a query to the learned Counsel, as on the basis of which, it is claimed that the said 6000 shares belongs to the husband of the deceased, learned Counsel submitted that the applicants received a communication from the company. The said communication is not placed on record. Learned Counsel is directed to place the same on record by way of an affidavit on the next date. rd April, 2025 , high on board.
