This Court had vide an order dated 18 th July 2024 granted the Applicant a Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts stated to be belonged to one Richard Joseph Pereira ('the deceased'). 2.

Mr. Karnik, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant has pointed out that after the issuance of the grant, it came to the knowledge of Mugdha

2 11-IA 624-25.doc the Applicant that the number of saving bank account of the deceased was incorrectly mentioned in the Schedule. Thus, to correct the said saving bank account number, the present Interim Application has been filed. 3.

Having heard Learned Counsel for the Applicant and having perused the Interim Application, I find that sufficient cause has been shown to allow the Interim Application, which is in my view necessary for putting into effect the order of the grant already issued by this Court. Hence, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus: "(a) The Applicant be granted leave to amend the Schedule - I of the Petition and the Original Succession Certificate dated 18th July, 2024, by adding therein proposed amendment in Exhibit- "B" hereto;" 4.

Amendments to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Re-verification is dispensed with.
