Interim Application No. 627 of 2025 is an application for withdrawal of the amounts deposited by the original Petitioner with the Registry of this Court. Learned Counsel for the Applicant has instructions to submit a full guarantee for the entire amount sought to be withdrawn. Subject to the provision of a bank guarantee in accordance with to the Rules of this Court, the Respondent shall be entitled to withdraw such amount as for which it would provide an unconditional guarantee in accordance with the Rules. Liberty to approach the registry for further instructions in this regard. It is made clear that the guarantee shall be valid for a period of at least two years and shall be revalidated before the commencement of the third month preceding the scheduled expiry of the guarantee. The guarantee shall be kept renewed from time to time. Should the guarantee not be renewed within the aforesaid deadline, registry shall be at liberty to invoke the same. 3.

All contentions by the Petitioner relating to the manner in which warrants of attachment are said to have been obtained in the execution proceedings are left for consideration at a later stage. 4.

The Interim Application is disposed of. List the Petition on July 23, 2025.
