Ld. Advocate for respondent gives no objection for approval of aforesaid draft of Bank Guarantee.

Hence, aforesaid draft of Bank Guarantee is approved. The applicant is directed to engross approved draft of Bank Guarantee and submit engrossed Bank Guarantee with the department as per aforesaid Order of the Hon'ble Court. The applicant to serve copy of engrossed Bank Guarantee upon other side.
