Pursuant to the order dated 25th March, 2025, today when the matter is called out, Mr. Murthy, learned Counsel appears for the Plaintiffs and submits that they have instructions to appoint of Mr. Vishal Kanade, learned Counsel of this Court as Mediator in the matter. Mr. Wagle, learned Counsel appearing for the Defendants has NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL submitted a list of two other Senior Counsel, but has no objection if Mr. Vishal Kanade is appointed as Mediator in the matter, submitting that the dispute is between family members and through the medium of mediation the dispute may be resolved.

Mr. Murthy also submits that as far as the draft issues are concerned, since there is an Interim Application No. 661 of 2025 for amendment of Plaint and proceedings, which is pending before this Court, it would be appropriate to hear that Application first. 4.
Mr. Wagle seeks some time to file reply to the said Interim Application.

Let reply be filed within a period of two weeks with copy to the other side. Rejoinder in two weeks thereafter with copy to the other side.

In the meanwhile, in order to resolve the dispute, this Court appoints Mr. Vishal Kanade, learned Counsel of this Court as Mediator in the matter, whose details are given below: Name :

Let the parties furnish papers and proceedings to the learned Mediator within a period of one week. Let the learned Mediator fix meeting(s) as per mutual convenience and as per his schedule of fees. 8.

The learned Mediator is requested to present his report preferably by 29th April, 2025.
