The Plaintiffs and the Defendants have amicably settled their disputes and have executed the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms tendered by the learned Advocates are taken on record and marked "X" for identification with today's date. 2.

The respective Advocates have acknowledged the Consent Terms and identified and confirmed the signatures of the parties. 3.

The undertakings, if any, contained in the Consent Terms are accepted as an undertaking to the Court.

I am satisfied that the Consent Terms are in order, not contrary to law and have been drawn by the parties of their own volition in reflection of their true intentions. 6.

The Registry is to ensure that the hard copy of the signed Consent Terms is permanently retained on file as part of the record and is not sent for destruction in the ordinary course. 7.

The Plaintiffs Advocate submit that they will withdraw their Writ Petition No.7239 of 2009 within a period of two weeks. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court. 8.

The Suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. 9.

All Interlocutory Applications stand disposed of in view of the filing of the Consent Terms.

The Decree be drawn up as per the Consent Terms. 11.
