This Court had vide an order dated 17 th April 2024 granted the MUGDHA MANOJ PARANJAPE Applicant a Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to one Ramyasukh Dharmasukhram Tripathi ('the deceased'). 2.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that after issuance of the Succession Certificate, it came to the knowledge of the Applicant that both, the details of the shares as also their distinctive numbers, Mugdha

2 28-IA 670-25.doc had been incorrectly mentioned in the Schedule. She submits that this was informed to the Applicant by the share transfer agent vide an email dated 18 th October 2024. She submits that after going through the said email and on checking the physical share certificate, Learned Counsel for the Applicant became aware of the inadvertent errors in the Schedule. It is thus she submits that the Interim Application has been filed to correct the said Schedule. 3.

Having due regard to the submissions made, in my view, sufficient cause has been made out to allow the Interim Application. The Interim Application thus allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus: "a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant amended Succession Certificate as per Exhibit- C annexed to this Interim Application." 4.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.
