Petitioner's Advocate shall serve a photocopy of the Testamentary Petition No.1034 of 2023 alongwith the concerned amendment which has been allowed by the Court vide order dated 16.02.2026 and shall accept the same and construct new file. Once this new file is constructed which shall be done forthwith and in any event within a period of one week from today positively.
