The above Interim Application has been filed by the Appellant - Revenue seeking to amend the cause title of the above Appeal as per the Schedule-I annexed to the Interim Application. 2.

In view of the aforesaid consensus, the above Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a ) which reads thus :- (a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Applicant to carry out the amendment in the cause title of the Appeal, as per the SCHEDULE-I hereof;

Amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with. The amended copy of the above Appeal shall be served on the advocates for the Respondent within a period of one week thereafter.

Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
