For the reasons stated in the application, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which reads as under:

"(a) The present Interim Application be allowed;

(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant leave to amend the captioned Suit in accordance with the Schedule of amendments being Exhibit "A" hereto".
