Ms Shahstri appearing on behalf of defendant no.3 submits that the mutual funds in question have been transferred to defendant no.3's name in HDFC Bank and until the next date of hearing the said mutual funds will not be dealt with in any manner and status-quo shall be maintained. Meera Jadhav

The order dated 2 nd April 2025 shall also apply to defendant no.2, Without prejudice to rights and contentions, it is made clear that in so far as any society out going charges are concerned, the same shall be made by defendant no.3.
