The present Interim Application seeks post grant amendment. This Court had vide an order dated 4 th August, 2023, granted the Applicant letters of administration in respect of the properties and credits of Manohar Gopal Salgaonkar and Jayashree Manohar Salgaonkar ("the deceased"). 2.

Learned Counsel submits that after the issuance of the grant, it was observed that there is a typographical error in the share certificate number in respect of the flat more particularly mentioned in item No. 4 of the schedule Ajit

2 29-IA-743-2025.doc of the assets. Learned Counsel points out that the correct number is 43 where as the same has been written as 10. He has annexed the correct share certificate which is appended to the Petition.

Hence, having due regard to the submissions made and having perused the documents, the present Interim Applicant is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the petitioner to amend the Schedule-I of petition as per the schedule of amendment annexed hereto as Exhibit- C and further direct the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Hon'ble Court to issue amended grant of Letters of Administration."

Amendments to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
