This Interim Application seeks deletion of the Plaintiff No.1 along with other consequential amendments in terms of schedule of amendments appended to this Interim Application. 2.

Mr. Ganesan, learned Counsel appears for the Plaintiffs and draws the attention of this Court to the schedule of amendments from pages 9 to 11.

Ms. Bhagwat, learned Counsel appearing for the Defendants in the Suit has no objection if the Interim Application is allowed. 4.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered their submissions, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a), which reads thus:- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the deletion of the name of the Plaintiff No. 1 above named along with other consequential amendments, in terms of the Schedule of Amendments appended hereto."

Let the amendments be carried out within a period of two weeks and copy of the amended Plaint and proceedings be served on the other side within a period of two weeks thereafter and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed to that effect. 6.

The Interim Application is accordingly allowed and stands disposed as above.
