3) In view thereof, delay is condoned, abatement if any is set aside and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 4) Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today in the record of Court and simultaneously in the copies served upon learned Advocates for the Respondents. 4.1) Re-verification is dispensed with.
