The captioned Testamentary Suit has been filed for letters of administration to the properties and credits of one Ramesh Kantilal Talati (deceased). By way of the present interim application, the applicant seeks deletion of the name of Manoj V. Talati, who is added as petitioner no.2. The reason for which is set out in paragraph 6 of the Interim application. The said Manoj V. Talathi has filed affidavit consenting to the deletion which affidavit is also filed.

Given this the name of Manoj V. Talathi is being deleted for the reasons set out in the interim application, the legal heirs of Manoj V Talathi would also Meera Jadhav

2 22-IA-860-2025.doc have to be deleted from the array of parties. Hence interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "a. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicants (Orig. Petitioners) to amend the Petition as per the draft schedule of amendment annexed at Exhibit-B. hereto and further direct the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Hon'ble Court to issue the order of citation in letters of administration."
