By this interim application, the applicant seeks restoration of the aforesaid writ petition which was dismissed for non-removal of Wakodikar 1/2

It appears that the aforesaid petition was dismissed for non-removal of the office objections vide order dated 2nd June, 2023. Learned Counsel appearing for the contesting respondent Nos.3 and 4 have no objection for restoration of the aforesaid petition. 3.

Even otherwise, for the reasons set out in the application, application is allowed and the aforesaid petition is restored back to its original file. Office objections to be removed within one week from today.

Delay in filing the aforesaid interim application is hereby condoned.
