2) Mr. Samantanay, learned counsel appearing for the judgment debtors has submitted on instructions that the interim

3) Interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) keeping all contentions open of both the parties. 4) Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

5) Re-verification is dispensed with.
