Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of both Banks, viz., Indian Overseas Bank and Punjab National Bank submit that their entire dues have been paid. The LOC was issued only on account of non-payment of its dues. Since the same is satisfied, they have no objection, if the impugned LOC is withdrawn and the Petitioner is permitted to travel abroad. The statement is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement the following order is passed:

i.

The Immigration Authorities at all Ports of Departure including all Airports will permit the Applicant/Original Petitioner passage and allow him to take his flights out of the country irrespective of whether the Respondents-Banks have notified them or not and irrespective of whether this suspension is noted in the Immigration Authorities' systems or otherwise.

The Respondent No.2 shall inform the Immigration Authorities of the Order passed today, at the earliest and in any event, within 48 hours of the Order being uploaded on the official website of the High Court of Bombay.

iii.

The Immigration Authorities shall not insist upon a certified copy of this order but will act on presentation of an 3.

In view of the above, the Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of.

No order as to costs.

In view of dismissal of these Petitions, all Interim Applications shall also stand disposed of.

It is further clarified that this Order does not apply to any other Look Out Circular and/or restraint Order, if issued by any other Authority/Court/Agency/Bank. The withdrawal of the present LOC will not affect the other restraint Orders.
