This Court had vide an order dated 3 rd September 2024 granted to the Applicant the Legal Heirship Certificate in respect of one Sambu Hariharan W/o Naranammalpuram Subramaniam Hariharan ('the deceased'). 2.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that there was an error in the spelling of one of legal heirs of the deceased, viz., 'Arun'. The same is in the Petition mentioned as 'Aurn'. It is to correct this, the present Interim Application has been taken out. Mugdha

Having due regard to the submissions made as also averments made in the Application, I am of the view that Interim Application deserves to be allowed. Hence, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant leave to amend the above Petition as per the "Schedule of Amendment" being Exhibit: "C" annexed to the present Interim Application and thereafter office be directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Grant of Legal Heirship Certificate dated 03rd September, 2024, issued by this Hon'ble Court." 4.

Amendments to be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. 5.
