ORDER :

The learned Counsel appearing for the Defendant Nos.1 to 3 has sought for extension of time to file Affidavit in Reply to the Interim Application. This Court had vide Order dated 16th April, 2/3
2025 directed the Defendant Nos.1, 2 and 3 to file Affidavit in reply within a period of two weeks from the said Order. 2.
The learned Advocate for the Defendant Nos.1, 2 and 3 states that the Affidavit in Reply is ready and requires only to be affirmed.

Accordingly, the Defendant Nos.1, 2 and 3 shall file Affidavit in Reply to the Interim Application by 13th June, 2025. 4.
The above Interim Applications shall be placed for consideration on 16th June, 2025.
