The present Interim Application seeks restoration of the captioned commercial suit.

Having due regard to the averments made in the Interim Application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown. In my view, substantive justice would be served if the suit is restored and the applicant is given an opportunity to contest the same on merits by complying with the office requisitions. Hence, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus; "(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to extent the time for dealing with Office objection for a period of 4 (Four) weeks and restore the captioned Suit, all pending Interim Application and Orders passed therein from time to time".

Learned Counsel for the applicant to remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
