15. IA/1048/2025 IN ARBP/579/2024 Mr. Ashish Rebello a/w. Ms. Pratishtha Chari i/b. M/s. Rustamji & Ginwala, Advocate for Org. Petitioner P.C. : Today, the matter is placed on board in view of praecipe dated 10.02.2026 filed by Advocate for Applicant for withdrawal of Bank Guarantee.

Perused praecipe. By virtue of Order dated 12.12.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court in Interim Application No. 3509 of 2024, the Petitioner was directed to deposit the amount of Rs. 5,98,63,602/-. Accordingly, Petitioner herein deposited the said amount alongwith cost. By Order dated 12.08.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court, Org. Respondent herein was allowed to withdraw the said amount by furnishing Bank Guarantee. On 19.12.2025, the Petition was finally disposed of in favour of Respondent herein and the Respondent was allowed to continue maintaining the Bank guarantee for a period of eight weeks.

Today, Org. Respondent seeks withdrawal of said Bank Guarantee as period of eight weeks expired today.

Office to verify and and take necessary follow-up action. Praecipe stands disposed of.
