This Court had vide an order dated 31 st January 2025, after noting the Meera Jadhav
2/2 61-IAL-1053-25 (1).doc consensus of all the parties, appointed Mr. Justice R.V. Raveendran (Former Judge, Supreme Court of India) to act as sole mediator. Today, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.5 and 16 have tendered the final mediation report which is dated 12 th April 2025 alongwith consent terms of the same date. The consent terms have been executed by respondent nos.5 and 16 and execution of the consent terms has been duly authenticated by the Learned Mediator. The final mediation report and the consent terms are thus taken on record. However since under the consent terms certain further compliances are required, essentially supporting board resolutions of the various companies set out in the annexures to the consent terms, learned counsel request the matter be stood over to tomorrow.
However, since I have taken on record the final mediation report and consent terms, I must at this stage note the painstaking efforts of the Learned Mediator, which has resulted in these consent terms being arrived and also my deep appreciation for the all the efforts taken by the Learned Mediator to bring about an amicable resolution of disputes between respondent nos.5 and 16. The efforts of the Learned Mediator have not only put to an end to further and protracted litigation but have also salvaged the relationship between two brothers.
