The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant on instructions submits that in view of the letter dated 24.10.2024 issued by the Office of the Collector and Competent Authority, Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1976 an amount of Rs.98,77,185/- would be deposited in the Office of the Respondent No.2 within a period of one week from today. He submits that on such deposit, the Bank guarantee that was directed to be furnished pursuant to the interim order dated 11.03.2010 passed in writ petition be permitted to be withdrawn. Husen 1/2

To enable the Petitioner to deposit the aforesaid amount as aforesaid, time of one week is granted.
