Interim Application has been preferred for seeking post grant amendment to the Letter of Administration granted on 8th April 2021 in respect of the property and credits of the deceased Parmanand alias Prem Hashmatrai Atmaram alias Prem Atmaram.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that after the grant was issued, there were certain shares belonging to the deceased which came to be knowledge of the Applicant as well as certain immovable properties which are required to be included in the Talwalkar 1 of

Considering the nature of amendment, there is no impediment to grant the same. There is also consent from all other legal heirs and the consent affidavits have been annexed to the Interim Application. 4.

In the light of the above, the Interim Application is allowed. 5.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of 3 weeks. Reverification is dispensed with. 6.

Post amendment grant is expedited.
