1. By this Application the Applicant seeks liberty to carry out amendment as per Schedule annexed. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that Item No. 2 of the Schedule annexed to the petition and Letters of Administration grant are required to be corrected.

For the reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in Support, the Application is allowed and the Applicant is directed to carry out amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Interim Application.
