This court had granted succession certificate in respect of certain shares and securities belonging to one Peter Francis Coutinhi (deceased) on 25 th September 2014. The learned counsel has invited my attention to a letter dated th August 2022 by which Hindustan Foods Limited, has informed the applicant of the fact that a sub-division of equity shares of the said company had taken place and also set out the relevant details being distinctive number of the said shares. It is to incorporate these shares to the schedule of the assets that the present interim application has been filed. Having due regard to the submission made and having perused the material produced before me, I am satisfied that there is no impediment in Meera Jadhav

2 24-IA-1123-2025.doc allowing the present interim application and the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:

"(a) That the Applicant may kindly be allowed to amend the Petition and Schedule - I annexed to the Petition as per "Schedule of Amendment" annexed to this Interim Application at Exhibit 'G' with consequential amendment, if any in the Petition."

Amendment to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with.
