This Court had vide an order dated 21 st June 2024 granted to the Applicant the Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Purnima Anil Palekar and Anil Madhav Palekar ('the deceased'). 2.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant points out that the Schedule appended to the Testamentary Petition omits to mention that Flat No. C/8, Oliver Mansion, 334/A, Mahim Mogul Lane, Mumbai- 400 016 belonged equally to each of the deceased. It is to effect this amendment, the present Interim Application has been taken out.

Having due regard to the submissions made as also averments made in the Application, I am of the view that Interim Application deserves to be allowed. Hence, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

Carry out amendment in Sr. No.1 of Schedule - I annexed to the Petition and Grant of Letters of Administration as annexed as per Exhibit - C annexed to this application."

Amendments to be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. 5.
