By this Interim Application, the applicants/petitioners are praying for restoration of the Writ Petition, which was dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 4 February 2025.

We have perused the averments as made in the Interim application. In our opinion, it is in the interest of justice that the Writ Petition is restored to the file of this Court.

Accordingly, Interim Application is allowed. Writ Petition is restored to the file of this Court, however, subject to removal of office objections within two weeks from today and failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed without 4 September 2025
