Ms.Gogri, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that no disclosures have been made despite orders of this Court.

Mr.Shaikh, learned Counsel, appears for the Respondent and submits that although Interim Application (Lodging) No.9919 of 2025 has been filed for a declaration that the award is a nullity, however, the disclosure Affidavit would be filed within a period of two weeks with a copy to the other side. Statement is accepted. 3.

As regards the Interim Application (Lodging) No.9919 of 2025 is concerned, Ms.Gogri submits that a reply has already been filed and served. Let rejoinder to the same be filed within a period of two weeks with a copy to the other side.

It is observed that the two Interim Applications as well as another Interim Application (Lodging) No.23170 of 2021 are still on lodging numbers. Let objections to the Interim Applications be removed within a period of three weeks and registered numbers be obtained, failing which, the Interim Applications to stand dismissed avk 2/3

without further reference to this Court.
