The captioned interim application seeks the following reliefs: "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass order, directing the registry to serve special Citation upon the both Executors VIZ. (1) Mr.Jatin Hasmukhbhai Topiwala and (2) Ms.Sonal Ishwarlal Topiwala named under the last Will and Testament dated 4th February, 2013 of Rajendra Girdharlal Parikh alias Rajendra G.Parikh the said Deceased abovenamed with the returnable date."

Having due regard to the averments made in the interim application, issue special citation to the executors namely; Jatin Hasmukhbhai Topiwala and Sonal Ishwarlal Topiwala. Returnable on 24 th June 2025.
