When the matter is called out, at the outset, Mr. Bodas, learned Counsel, appears for the Plaintiff and submits that they have ascertained the status of the three Interim Applications, viz. Interim Application (L) No.7339 of 2020, Interim Application No.2044 of 2020 and Interim Application No.1637 of 2020 and submits that all the three Interim Applications have become infructuous and the same be disposed as such.

Accordingly, the said three Interim Application are disposed as infructuous.

Interim Application (L) No. 1515 of 2025 :

This Interim Application has been filed by Export Import Bank of India against the Plaintiff.

Mr. Bodas, learned Counsel, appearing for the Plaintiff seeks some time to file reply to the same.

Upon a query from this Court, on the basis of the order dated 28th February 2025 as to whether objections have been removed in the matter, Mr. Dalal, learned Counsel, appearing for the Applicant submits that there have been no objections raised.

The Interim Application is still on lodging number. Registry to place before this Court a report as to why if there are no objections, the Interim Application is still on lodging number. If it is found that the objections have been raised and not removed, this Court will impose heavy costs on the Applicant.

7.

Let reply to the Application be filed within a period of two weeks, with a copy to the other side. Rejoinder, if any, in a week thereafter, with a copy to the other side.
