This Court has vide an order dated 18 th June 2024 granted the Applicant Probate in respect of the last Will and Testament of one Isabel Ribeiro alias Isabel Correia Afonso Ribeiro alias Maria Emiline Isabel Ribeiro ('the deceased').

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant points out that after the issuance of the grant, the Applicant became aware that the Folio Mugdha

2 920-IA 1273-25.doc numbers in the Schedule of assets of the deceased had been incorrectly mentioned. He submits that the present Application has thus been taken out to correct the Folio numbers.

Having due regard to the submissions made as also the material appended to the Interim Application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown in support of the Application. Hence, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which reads thus: "(a) Allow the Applicant, being the Original Petitioner in the said Testamentary Petition No. 3902 of 2023, to amend Schedule-1 of the present Testamentary Petition as per the Schedule of Amendments annexed hereto; (b) Direct the office of this Hon'ble Court to amend the Schedule of Assets appearing in the Probate dated 18th June, 2024 issued by this Hon'ble Court, as per the Draft Amendments annexed hereto." 4.

Amendments to be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. 5.
