Present Interim Application is prima facie premature in respect of the reliefs that are sought. Applicant is the daughter of deceased whereas Petitioner is wife of deceased. Service of citation is not yet done on the Applicant. In that view of the matter, Applicant will have to wait for citation to be served for filing her Caveat / objection. Reliefs which are sought in the present Interim Application are all kept open for the Applicant to be taken at the appropriate time. 3.
