Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that captioned Testamentary Petition is a joint Petition filed for Letters of Administration to the properties and credits of (1) Bhimabai alias Bhimbai Genu Nagare and (2) Anjanabai Shankar Chakor. 2.

By way of present Interim Application, she seeks deletion of the name of Anjanabai Shankar Chakor since on the death of Bhimabai Bhimbai Genu Nagare, the said Anjanabai Shankar Chakor would the legal heir of Bhimabai alias Bhimbai Genu Nagare and thus Letters of SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE Date: 2025.05.06 18:47:31 +0530

19-IA-1290-2025.doc Administration of the estate would have to be of Bhimabai alias Bhimbai Genu Nagare.

Having due regard to the submission and also averments in the Interim Application, I find that a case is made out to allow the Interim Application. Hence, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus;

"a. This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit Applicant/ Org. Petitioner to amend the Petition as per Schedule of Amendment annexed hereto as "Exhibit B".

Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from today. 5.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
