The present Interim Application has been filed, inter alia, seeking restoration of the Testamentary Petition which came to be dismissed vide an order dated 5 th July, 2022. On a perusal of the prayers, I find that (a) there is no even mention of this order; (b) there is no even mention of delay and (c) nor any condonation of the same is sought. 2.
