Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Senior Advocate for Respondent No.7 to 10 submits that the entire quantity of cotton bags have been supplied under the contract awarded to it. The aforesaid fact is admitted by the learned Counsel for Respondent No.3.

In view of aforesaid submissions made by the learned Senior Advocates for the parties and taking into account the fact that the subject matter of the contract awarded to Respondent Nos.7 to 10 is not a subject matter of challenge in the Writ Petition, we clarify that it will be open for 2/3

JPP 4. PIL 25.2025.doc Respondent No.3 to make payment of amount due to Respondent Nos. 7 to 10 in respect of the supplies made under the contract awarded to it. To the aforesaid extent, the order dated 6 May 2025 is modified. 4.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner, at this stage, prays for short accommodation to enable him to address this Court on admission. 5.
