Interim Application No. 1367 of 2025 :

This Interim Application seeks deletion of M/s. V.K.S. Projects Ltd. now Company in liquidation.
2.
Ms. Thipsay, learned Counsel, appears for the Official Liquidator and submits on instructions that since the claim has been lodged by the Applicant/Plaintiff with the Official Liquidator, the Official Liquidator has no objection if the name of the Defendant No.1 is deleted.

Let the amendment as per schedule be carried out within a period of one week.

Let the amended proceedings be served upon the other remaining Defendants within a period of two weeks thereafter and an appropriate Affidavit of service be filed.

Interim Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above.
Commercial Suit No.12 of 2016 :

As regards this Suit, Ms. Pothran, learned Counsel, submits that one time settlement has been entered into between the Plaintiff and the Defendants No.2 and 3 and that as per the said settlement, part payment has been received and the balance payment is to be received within a period of three months as the due date is 27th June 2025. 7.
Ms. Pothran accordingly submits that matter be listed after 27th June 2025.

Accordingly, list on 30th June 2025.
