Mr. Ramachandran Narayanan, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of Respondent No. 3, has tendered an Affidavit dated 6th November 2025. The same is taken on record. A perusal of this Affidavit reveals that various subsequent events have transpired in the matter which Mr. Ramachandran Narayanan submits would render the present Writ Petition infructuous even if the same were to be restored by this Court. 2.
On this, Mr. Vijay M. Vaghela, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Petitioner seeks some time to take instructions from his client ------------------------------------- Order dated 16th January 2026
53. IA/1402/2025 Sarvjanik Vs. The Chief Officer to ascertain whether there is any document in writing which corroborates his assertion notwithstanding the written agreement that has since been executed by his client, the same would be subject to the outcome of the present Petition.
