I have perused the Interim Application. For the reasons set out therein, sufficient cause has been shown by the Petitioners/Applicants and accordingly, the order dated 8th April 2024 is set aside and the Writ Petition is restored to file.

The Petitioners' Advocates are directed to remove the office objections on or before 13th February 2026.
