The Interim Application No.1430 of 2025 has been filed seeking restoration of the captioned Application filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Application came to be dismissed by an order dated October 19, 2024 for non-removal of the office objections within the stipulated time period.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks three weeks' time to remove all office objections.

The Learned Advocate for the Applicant shall remove all office objections within a period of three weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded on the website of this Court. 4.

Once the office objections are removed and the captioned matter is numbered, the Registry is directed to auto-list the matter as per the Standard Operating Procedure of this Court. 5.

The Interim Application is finally disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
